The Far north region is one of best fishing playgrounds in NZ.

The north, east and west coasts are so close to each other, that it takes a hop-skip-jump to find a fishing location that suits you and where the fish are.

The Parengarenga harbour with it's dazzling white sands is one of my favorite places to fish, you get to kayak and fish one of the world's best and cleanest harbours, just an amazing place to see. With a huge variety of fishing locations and a 90% catch rate for beginners that's pretty hard to beat!

For the beginner it's an experience you will never forget.

For the serious fisherman you wont want to leave. 

Screaming reels + bent rods + big smiles = a great time.

Surf casting, rock fishing, fly fishing, target species: Snapper, Trevally, Kahawai, Kingfish.
